Our investment in state-of-the-art CNC machinery produces various end forming solutions, including 37° JIC flares from 3/8″ to 1 1/2″ (9.53mm to 38.1mm) diameter tubing, roll beading, o-ring seals, flat face edging and tube bulging.
Through our bending, rolling and fabrication services, Bendpro manufactures ready to install heat exchanger coils, hydraulic hardlines, hydraulic CNC coils for heating and cooling systems (as components or ready to install units) refrigeration coils or steam and air lines for multiple applications, including agricultural, earth moving and transport equipment.
Our processing includes:
- a thorough clean out of hydraulic tube and cap ends where required
- machine deburred ends
- tagging for identification
- packaging ready for dispatch
